워게임체스 이용약관

이 약관은 워게임체스(이하 "게임")를 이용할 때 지켜야 할 것과 운영자가 할 수 있는 일을 짧고 쉽게 적었습니다. 게임을 이용하기 전에 읽어 주세요. 개인정보를 어떻게 처리하는지는 개인정보 처리방침에서 따로 설명합니다.

한국어판과 영어판은 같은 내용을 담도록 함께 관리합니다. 두 판의 표현이 달라 보이면 privacy@starglass.dev로 문의해 주세요.

워게임체스는 무료 웹 전략 게임입니다. 로컬 대전, AI 대전, 초대 대전, 공개 대전을 할 수 있고, Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인하며, 대국 중 채팅을 쓸 수 있습니다.
게임은 알파 단계입니다. 기능이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있고, 데이터가 초기화될 수 있습니다.
계정은 만 14세 이상만 만들 수 있습니다. 실제 생년을 입력해야 합니다.
괴롭힘, 혐오 표현, 사칭, 스팸, 개인정보 노출 요구, 부정 행위, 불법 콘텐츠는 금지합니다.

1. 서비스

워게임체스는 무료 웹 전략 게임입니다. 다음 기능을 제공합니다.

로컬 대전, AI 대전, 초대 대전, 공개 대전
Google 또는 Apple 계정 로그인
대국 중 채팅

게임은 알파 단계입니다. 기능이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있고, 점검·개발 과정에서 저장된 데이터가 초기화될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 8절에 적은 방법으로 알립니다.

2. 이용 자격

계정은 만 14세 이상만 만들 수 있습니다. 계정을 연결할 때는 실제 생년을 입력해야 합니다. 만 14세 미만은 계정을 만들거나 연결할 수 없습니다.

3. 금지 행동

게임 안에서 다음 행동을 하지 않습니다.

괴롭힘·위협
혐오·차별·욕설
사칭(운영자를 포함합니다)
스팸·광고
다른 사람의 개인정보를 공유하라고 요구하거나 노출하는 행동
부정 행위: 버그 악용, 자동화로 서비스에 부담을 주는 행동, 다른 사람 계정 사용
불법 콘텐츠

이 규칙은 닉네임, 채팅, 그 밖에 게임 안에서 쓰는 내용에 모두 적용됩니다.

4. 운영자 조치

운영자는 신고나 확인을 거쳐 공개 대전과 자유 채팅을 7일, 30일 또는 영구 정지할 수 있습니다.

정지 중에도 혼자 하는 대전(로컬·AI)과 초대 대국, 탈퇴는 할 수 있습니다.

정지 기간은 게임 안에서 안내합니다. 정지에 이의가 있으면 privacy@starglass.dev로 알려 주세요.

5. 콘텐츠

이용자가 쓴 닉네임과 채팅의 책임은 작성자에게 있습니다.

운영자는 게임을 제공하고 안전을 지키기 위한 목적으로만 이 내용을 처리합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침에 있습니다.

6. 탈퇴

계정은 게임 안에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.

탈퇴 후에도 처리방침에 적은 예외에 따라 일부 기록을 보관할 수 있습니다. 보관 기간과 예외는 개인정보 처리방침의 4절에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

7. 책임 한계

게임은 무료 알파 서비스로 "있는 그대로" 제공합니다.

운영자는 서비스 중단이나 데이터 손실 등에 대한 책임을 법이 허용하는 범위에서 제한합니다.

소비자 보호법 등 강행 규정은 그대로 적용됩니다.

8. 변경

중요한 변경은 시행 7일 전에 게임 안에서 알립니다. 변경된 약관은 이 페이지에도 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

9. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

다만 이용자가 사는 국가의 강행 소비자 보호 규정은 이 약관 때문에 영향을 받지 않습니다.

Wargame Chess Terms of Service

These terms explain, in short and simple language, what you must do when you use Wargame Chess (the "game") and what the operator may do. Please read them before you play. How we handle personal information is explained separately in the Privacy Policy.

The Korean and English versions are maintained to say the same thing. If the two versions appear to differ, please contact privacy@starglass.dev.

At a glance

Wargame Chess is a free web strategy game. You can play local matches, AI matches, invited matches and public matches, sign in with a Google or Apple account, and chat during a match.
The game is in alpha. Features may change or stop, and data may be reset.
Only people aged 14 or over can create an account. You must enter your actual birth year.
Harassment, hateful content, impersonation, spam, requests to share personal information, cheating and illegal content are not allowed.
After a report or a check, we may suspend public matches and free chat for 7 days, 30 days or permanently. While suspended, you can still play on your own or in invited matches, and you can still delete your account.
You can delete your account at any time in the game.
The game is a free alpha service provided "as is".
We announce important changes in the game 7 days before they take effect.

1. The service

Wargame Chess is a free web strategy game. It offers:

Local matches, AI matches, invited matches and public matches
Sign-in with a Google or Apple account
Chat during a match

The game is in alpha. Features may change or stop, and data stored during maintenance or development may be reset. We announce important changes as described in section 8.

2. Who can use it

Only people aged 14 or over can create an account. When you link an account, you must enter your actual birth year. Children under 14 cannot create or link an account.

3. Prohibited behaviour

Do not do any of the following in the game.

Harassment or threats
Hateful content, discrimination or slurs
Impersonation, including impersonating the operator
Spam or advertising
Asking for or exposing another person's personal information
Cheating: exploiting bugs, using automation that burdens the service, or using another person's account
Illegal content

These rules apply to nicknames, chat and anything else you write in the game.

4. Operator action

After a report or a check, the operator may suspend public matches and free chat for 7 days, 30 days or permanently.

While suspended, you can still play matches on your own (local or AI), play invited matches, and delete your account.

The suspension period is shown in the game. If you want to appeal a suspension, contact privacy@starglass.dev.

5. Content

You are responsible for the nicknames and chat you write.

The operator processes this content only to run the game and keep it safe. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the game.

After deletion, some records may be kept under the exceptions described in the Privacy Policy. See section 4 of the Privacy Policy for the retention periods and exceptions.

7. Limits of liability

The game is a free alpha service provided "as is".

To the extent the law allows, the operator limits liability for interruptions to the service or loss of data.

Mandatory rules, such as consumer protection laws, still apply.

8. Changes

We announce important changes in the game 7 days before they take effect. Changed terms are also posted on this page with their effective date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

However, mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you live are not affected by these terms.
